Met in New Bark Town (level 5) | July 30th, 2018 Wendy was resting quietly beside Chise when the young girl awoke in the Pokemon World and it was clear from the start that she wasn't about to venture far from her new trainer. True to Litwick nature, she seems rather keen on using Chise's lifeforce for herself and while she very clearly cares about her trainer, she's also a selfish little thing that enjoys having a steady food supply. Chise doesn't really mind and is content to let Wendy rest on her shoulder or on her head even, use to these sorts of antics from the Fae creatures back home.
They've only been together four days now but Wendy is already quite possessive of Chise, not a fan of any of Pokemon that even glance at HER trainer. (So she, of course, hates Belladonna on principle.)
On Mischief Night 2018, Wendy wasn't about to let the Dark Types have all the fun and set out with some of her lackies in tow to make it clear who was still in charge. (Though she did come to appreciate Annwn the Poochyena by the end of the night.) It was Coblyn the newly evolved Sylveon that swiped the Dusk Stone for Wendy and allowed her to double evolve over the course of the night, making it possible for her to scare even more children and get them even more treats as the night progressed.
Needless to say, Chise isn't thrilled but here they are.
